Baptism

Parents of infants through age six must attend a Baptismal Preparation Class. Classes are held the second Thursday of the month at 7:30 PM in the church. Call the parish office: 398-3821 ext. 3100 to register for class and to schedule a Baptism. Parents of children older than age six should inquire about RCIC by calling Chris Kreger – 398-3821 ext. 3106. Adults should inquire about RCIA by calling Chris Kreger – 398-3821 ext. 3106.

Reconciliation

Saturdays: 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM in the Reconciliation Chapel in the Church or with appointment by calling the Parish Office – 398-3821 ext. 3100. Communal Services are held in Advent and Lent. First Reconciliation preparation is provided for students of Grade 2 and Grade 4 within St. Susanna Elementary School, the Christian Formation Program and Home Study Faith Formation. Inquiries regarding First Reconciliation should be directed to the Christian Formation Office – 398-3821 ext. 3110.

Eucharist

First Eucharist preparation is provided for students in Grade 2 within St. Susanna Elementary School, the Christian Formation Program and Home Study Faith Formation. Inquiries regarding First Eucharist should be directed to the Christian Formation Office – 398-3821 ext. 3110.

Confirmation

Confirmation preparation is open to any student age 13 and older. For registration information, contact Jenny Williamson - 755-2892 or Karen Gottschall - 398-3821 ext 3112. Matrimony

Preparation is provided with the assistance of the presider and assigned sponsor couples. Contact the Parish Office at least six months prior to the anticipated date of the wedding – 398-3821 ext. 3100.

Anointing of the Sick

Communal Celebration occurs each October within a Mass. Any individual facing surgery, recovering from serious injury, suffering chronic illness, or experiencing a deterioration of health, can receive the sacrament. Contact the Parish Office – 398-3821 ext. 3100.
