I.      No pets allowed

      II.      No firearms permitted

  III.      Alcohol

Ø  No alcohol is permitted outside the festival grounds

Ø  No alcohol can be brought onto church property

Ø  You must be 21 to purchase and consume alcohol

Ø  Proof of ID is required to purchase and consume alcohol

Ø  Any festival worker may request a valid ID at any time

  IV.      St. Susanna Parish reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the premises at any time

       V.      Checks

Ø  An ATM machine will be present on festival grounds

Ø  The festival booths are not permitted to cash checks

Ø  Checks will only be accepted for payment at the Grand Raffle and Silent Auction Booths

  VI.   Volunteers

Ø  Per the Office of the General Counsel of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops “The practice of wearing partisan shirts, buttons, posting of signs, etc. by church volunteers performing services at church festivals and other events sponsored by parishes and institutions must be discontinued.”  Wearing the shirts endorsing a candidate violates the requirement that parishes must maintain a non-partisan atmosphere.
