St. Susanna's parish territory is circumscribed by the following boundary:

Beginning at Butler-Warren Road, the boundary line proceeds east along Fields-Ertel Road to Mason Montgomery Road where it proceeds north to Irwin Simpson Road.  It now proceeds east along Irwin Simpson Road to Columbia Road where it proceeds north to the intersection with Turtle Creek Road.   From the point of that intersection, it proceeds northwest by an airline connecting it with the intersection of Kyles Station/Hamilton Road and 741.  It proceeds west along Hamilton Road to Butler-Warren Road where it goes south to Bethany Road.  It proceeds west along Bethany Road to Interstate 75 and then follows 75 south to Tylersville Road where it goes east to Cox Road.  It proceeds south along Cox Road to the point where it intersects with Route 42 and West Chester/Socialville-Foster Road then returning east to Butler Warren Road.  Finally it proceeds south along Butler-Warren Road to the point where we began at Fields-Ertel Road.
