2 Year-Old Program (1 days per week; $160 per Month; 2 years old by 9/1/23)
   Monday 9:00-11:30am

3 Year-Old Program (2 days per week; $210 per Month; 3 years old by 9/30/23)
   Tuesday and Thursday 8:45-11:15am or 12:00 - 2:30pm

4 Year-Old Program (3 days per week; $235 per Month; 4 years old by 9/30/22)        
    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:45-11:15am or 12:00 - 2:30pm

5 Year-Old Program (4 days per week; $285 per Month; 5 years old by 12/31/23)
    Tuesday - Friday 8:30-11:30am or 11:45am- 2:45pm

Classes are held from mid September through May.

1. The Parent Handbook provides an overview of the preschool program and outlines important policies.

2. The Registration Form outlines the class choices, tuition prices and fees.

3. The State of Ohio Child Enrollment form will need to be filled out and turned into the Pre-School office prior to your child beginning the program.

4. The State of Ohio Child Medical Statement form will need to be completed by your doctor and a list of immunizations will need to be attached.  These documents will need to be turned into the Pre-School office prior to the start of the program.

5. The Emergency Information Form gives us the information we need to contact you immediately in the event of an accident.

6. The Child Interest Survey allows us to catch a glimpse of your child and to know them more fully.
