Convalidation of a Previous Marriage
Thank you for looking into the blessing of your marriage by the Catholic Church. As a Catholic, being married “in the Church” and thus receiving the Sacrament of Marriage is an important part of your spiritual journey. This is called convalidating your marriage.
If you are divorced and remarried, you may have to look into the annulment process before your current marriage can be convalidated. Please fill out the request form and we will contact you for an appointment with me, where we can talk about your particular situation and map out the best way to go from there.
